 Process Returns System is the best way to handle any AVON returns or replacements. As always I always suggest before returning any un-used  or unwanted merchandise always try to resell to another customer as cash and carry  SO YOU EARN NOT RETURN  If possible.

 Be sure to disposition your products with the correct code.  Example: If it is personal product such as makeup, skincare etc. and has been used then be sure to mark it as USED. If Damaged put Damaged  etc.
