Ready-To-Do-Business Checklist

Are you ready to do business?The mark of a successful professional is one who has put time into "polishing" her professional image for the day ahead. By reviewing this checklist each day, we can begin developing new habits that will propel us to the highest level of professionalism.

  Ready-To-Do-Business Checklist

1.My clothing is professional and appropriate for the meetings/show of the day.

2.My clothing fits well and is clean and pressed.

3.My shoes are clean and polished

.4.I am wearing hose and the color is appropriate for my outfit

.5.My hair is clean, current, in style and no roots are showing (if I color)

.6.My nails are clean, trimmed, and manicured.

7.My business cards are in a carrying case and I have them readily available.

8.My attitude for the day is positive.

9.My car is clean, both in and out.

10.My briefcase, portfolio and pen are clean, polished and the best quality I can afford.

11.My purse is organized and everything is in it's place.12.I am prepared for my meeting/show.

13.I walk into the meeting/show composed and confident.

14.I stand tall and keep my back straight.

15.I am open, receptive, have a smile on my face and in the tone of my voice.

16.I shake hands with everyone I meet.

17.I am prepared to make introductions so that everyone feels comfortable.

18.I maintain eye contact when speaking with others

.19.I remember to use "thank you" freely to express my gratitude.

20.I make everyday a Great Day!Is everything in order? Yes? Then let the day begin!!
